Recent love, Fruit Tea. Got from NTUC Singapore.
A simple dish, had it with a bowl of cooked brown rice.

1 Japanese cucumber / 1/3 Yellow bell pepper / Spring onion 1-2 stalks cut small stripes / Garlic 3-4 cloves chopped / Chicken breast 150g, cut into small pieces marinated with pinch of pan salt, pepper and sesame oil / Olive oil / Pan salt / Soy sauce
How To/
1/ Add olive oil onto heated pan. Add in chopped garlic and spring onion, stir-fry until slightly brownish.
2/ Add marinated chicken breast and fry well until cooked just nicely (not overcooked till its brownish/dry). Set aside.
3/ Add olive oil onto the clean pan. Add in cucumber and bell pepper and cook until the cucumber turn a little yellowish and soft.
