[ How have you been ? ] If you are eating and sleeping well and have your loved ones by your side, its a bless, remember :) I have been eating well, definitely as you can see. Food almost seems like a close friend to me now and its not necessarily a good thing, health and figure wise. I just love cooking and baking. Trying to eat healthier and walk more now, getting flabby is not pretty! I'm sorry if the recent posts haven't been that inspiring and positive, i guess time can slowly make things better and easier. I hope i will get back on track soon with my life...emotionally and physically. Its getting better each day! :) Did you watch Olympics opening ceremony? Its amazing. The music was arranged by one of my favorite band, Underworld. C.
