_____________! Pizza Recipe !_____________

By Cindy A.

Okay this is responding to one reader asking for the recipe of a pizza i made before. You can see the pizza post here

For making of the dough, me and my boyfriend followed the recipe here. You will have to test it out to achieve the texture that
you like whether is it more crusty like biscuit or thicker and chewy like bread. The first 2 pizzas we made in the afternoon are the thicker kinds as you can see in the pics. We later also made pizzas again for dinner and they were slightly thinner and crispier...
but we didnt get to take pictures of that. Alternatively, you can just get ready-made frozen pizza doughs from supermarkets to save time and effort, but of course the quality would be less desired.

The ingredients,

Canned Tomato Paste, Sliced Shoulder Ham, Dices of Pineapples, Washed Button Mushrooms,
Washed Wild Rockets, Dried Herbs, Ground Pepper, Mozzarella Cheese.

After you have made your dough which is now in a pizza shape placing on a baking pan, spread the tomato paste onto the dough surface. Then add in ham slices, pineapples dices, slices of mushrooms and wild rockets, amount according to personal preference. Sprinkle dried herbs, ground peppers and a little oilve oil if you like.

Preheat the oven for a minute. Then bake the pizza at around 250 Deg C for about 20 minutes.

Last step would be spreading the mozzarella cheese over the pizza and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese
melt and turn a little yellowish brown. Remove the pizza from the oven.

Serve!
